Our film school seminar consists of six hour long sessions, each covering a different technical topic of filmmaking. Come to as many or as few as you like.

1:00 PM Film School: Low Budget Substitutes for standard equipment Learn about nice but inexpensive dollies, booms, jibs, and steady camera systems, and THEN what to use when you can’t even afford THOSE.
4:00 PM Film School: Intro to Digital SLR Photography for Filmmaking Digital SLR cameras bring true photographer’s tools to filmmaking; This class will teach you the what, how, and why of this new tech.

1:00 PM Film School: CG Special FX, How It’s Done This class shows filmmakers how Computer Graphics and Live Action are married to create stunning images.

4:00 PM Film School: HD Cameras What can the new cameras do? Which is “best”? Which is worth the money? How do you use them? We will explain it all.

11:30 AM Film School: Post Production You’ve finished principle photography; Now what? Picture lock, post audio, music/score, editing, CGI.
