Mark, an aspiring photographer who witnessed a murder, tries to sell the pictures he took of the scene to a magazine. He tells the chief editor how he heard the murder of a young woman that he’d met earlier at a gas station, from a bathroom stall. After the killer left, he dared to sneak out of his stall and took the opportunity to snap pictures of the murder victim before leaving. Moved by his story and impressed by the quality of his photographs, the chief editor offers Mark a job. Mark leaves her office with the promise not to disappoint her. Blood Bath stars Jeordie White, a.k.a ‘Twiggy Ramirez’ (Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails), who is sinister in his lead role as ‘Marv’, while Pandie Suicide (Ditch Day Massacre, David Lynch’s ‘Crazy Clown Time’) plays a loosely inspired modern day version of the Blood Countess. Slipknot’s Sid Wilson appears as ‘The Frozen Guy’ with Kimberly Ables Jindra and artist Shannon Crawford. The film features a haunting rocky score, provided by ex-Korn/ Filter/Otep guitarist and composer Rob Patterson with a track by seventeen year old Poppy Jean Crawford.
