Rick John Goldschmidt

Rick Goldschmidt is the official historian/biographer of Rankin/Bass Productions and has written six books on Arthur Rankin, Jr. and Jules Bass, who produced Thundercats, Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer, The Hobbit, Frosty the Snowman, Silverhawks, etc. He is the go to guy for any Rankin/Bass project. Recently AMC has been airing their specials and films and Rick will be appearing in a new national TV Series called COLLECTOR'S CALL with Lisa Whelchel from the Facts of Life. The late Atlanta artist Jack Davis, was a close friend as he designed many of the Rankin/Bass films and TV specials and Rick's books and products cover his work. Rick is also an artist with a degree in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago. He is also a musician and has recorded with multi-platinum recording artists GIN BLOSSOMS.
